Nelson Belou has been Vice President of BelouMagner Construction Co. since it was incorporated in 2002.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in construction from LSU and has been involved with construction for 26 years. He was previously owner/President of Belou Builders, Inc. where he was responsible for overall business management including estimating, supervising employees and field crews, and coordinating subcontractors. Prior to owning his own business he worked for Broadmoor Corporation & J.A.Jones as a Project Manager & Project Superintendent overseeing projects including: Construction of 7 story Lindy Claiborne Boggs Center for Tulane University, Design/Build construction of Mississippi Army Ammunition Plant, 11 story Holiday Inn and New Orleans Hilton Riverside.

Mitch Magner  has been President of BelouMagner Construction Co since it was incorporated in 2002.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from LSU and has been involved with commercial construction in the New Orleans area for 26 years. He was previously owner and President of Range Construction Co. where he was responsible for overall company management. He was a project manager, job superintendent for Broadmoor Corporation, and J.A. Jones Construction. Some notable projects under his management include: Veterans Administration parking Garage and Nursing Care Unit, Loyola Parking and Recreation Center and Castrol Petroleum Warehouse Facility Expansion.
